Thank you for making the safety of our children and youth a priority by completing your Safe Sanctuary Documents. Below are the instructions for the forms you will need to turn in to the Next Generations Minister.

1. Background Check Form - New Volunteers or if it's been more than three years. - Print, Fill Out and Turn In.

3. Safe Sanctuary Quiz - Print, Answer Questions, and Turn In.

4. Safe Sanctuary Covenant - Print, Review, Answer Questions, Sign and Turn In.
