Mount Zion identifies nine basic Christian doctrines as Bedrock Beliefs. We ask everyone who becomes a member to embrace these biblical teachings. They represent the foundational understandings of the Christian faith. This series of nine messages considers each belief in turn and how it impacts our daily lives.

WINTER/SPRING CONNECT GROUPS • It's Not Too Late to Join!

What are Connect Groups? A Connect Group is usually 8-12 people who come together with similar interests. A variety of interest-based groups for children, youth, and adults are offered. Why Connect Groups? Smaller is better. How often do you hear that? Jesus spoke often on the value of friendship and community. Even as God in the flesh, Christ needed companions. We do as well. DISCOVERING MOUNT ZION

SENIOR ADULT MINISTRY • SOUPER BOWL CHILI COOK-OFF

Silver Servants is hosting a chili cook-off while supporting our partners in ministry, Community of Hope. Everyone is welcome to attend! Entry fee: Two or more cans of soup for your favorite team - Chicken Noodle or Tomato Soup. Every winter, local food pantries are in need of canned soups, so come out and plan to support this event. We will need chili cooks and teams of consumers to taste the chili and vote for their favorite. Let’s have some fun, enjoy a good meal, and help those in our community. 2025 ONE MISSION CATALYST WORKSHOP • Hosted at Mount Zion

Missions Team is hosting One Mission's Catalyst Workshop. One Mission engages the one to reach the many by multiplying disciples, churches, leaders, and missionaries. This workshop will help us to gain strategy and focus on how each of us might live out the great commission in our community and in our world. Legacy Grandparenting Summit 2025 • February 22nd • 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM • Sanctuary/FH

Experience the only national conference on Christian grandparenting! At the Legacy Grandparenting Summit, you will be empowered to embrace your divine purpose and the crucial role you play in your families' spiritual journey. At the simulcast, grandparents will:

• Receive wisdom and direction.

• Hear from an incredible lineup of speakers across eight different sessions.

• Find practical resources.

• Explore a full Resource Center at the live site, and our products at most sites.

• Gain comfort in community.

• Gather with many other grandparents who want to build their spiritual legacy.

 

The conference is for you if you want to see your grandchildren follow Christ; you desire to leave a lasting legacy of love; and you want to influence generations of your family for Christ. The event begins at 9:00 AM and runs to 3:30 PM in the sanctuary. Speakers include Larry Fowler, Jeff Myers, Anne Graham Lotz, Rachel-Ruth Wright, Crawford Loritts, and more. A weekly program where children engage in interactive lessons that involve games, science, cooking, crafts and more, that are designed to match Mount Zion's Mission and Vision to call children Upward, Onward, and Outward in their walk with our Lord.

6th-12th Grade • Wednesdays • 6:30-8 PM 

Throughout the year, Elevate Youth holds weekly ministry on Wednesday nights, plus weekend retreats, service opportunities, fellowship nights, and a summer discipleship camp.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
